Remember: any past due balances will be assessed a late fee and interest if not paid by the 1st of January., 2006. Any accounts that have not made payment for a total of one year as of the first of the new year will have a lien placed against their property on the 1st of January, 2006 or the first business day afterwards. Cars in the street are very dangerous and also are in direct violation of the Covenants and Restrictions of Mill Pond. Please refrain from parking in the streets of our neighborhood. Text Box: On December 17th at 8:30 am, Mill Pond Homeowners’ Association will celebrate Christmas. Bring your favorite breakfast item and join us for a potluck breakfast with Santa. A photographer will be on hand to take pictures with Santa. There is no sitting fee for pictures with Santa, packages are $20 and Text Box: consist of 2-5x7s and 9-Wallets. There are 7 choices for additional sheets priced at $10 each. We will have crafts and activities for the children and coffee for the adults. It’s a great time to come and get to know your neighbors.
