Text Box: Postal Theft… For years officials have warned us of postal theft. Postal thieves will steal anything left in your mailbox, especially overnight. Identity theft is also a possibility. We all put very personal information into our mailboxes. To help safeguard yourself and your information, officials have suggested that you do not leave mail in your box overnight, and if at all possible, do not send outgoing mail from your own box. There are several drop boxes around Carrollton or you can drop your outgoing mail off at the Clubhouse to be mailed from here. It is a sign of the times when your letters to mom aren’t safe in the box in front of your house.
