Clubhouse
A unique, historical clubhouse is centrally located to the neighborhoods and offers spacious entertaining areas for parties and special occasions. The clubhouse is complete with full kitchen, sound system and big screen TV. The indoor and outdoor dining areas overlook the beautiful Jr. Olympic swimming pool.

Pool
The pool is located just behind the clubhouse and is surrounded by beautiful flowers and shrubs adding to the privacy of this family recreation.

Tennis
Enjoy a game of tennis on our two lighted tennis courts next to the pool and playground area.

Playground
The children's playground area is conveniently located next to the pool and clubhouse. Housed in the original barn is a large sandbox and a picnic table. Space is available for an arts and craft center in the loft.

Ponds
The neighborhoods consist of two spring-fed fishing ponds fully stocked. The ponds provide a good way for families to spend leisurely days of fishing without leaving the neighborhood.
